The Prophet (sallallähu alaihi wasallam) used
to say, "O Allah! I seek refuge with You from
helplessness, laziness, cowardice and feeble
old age; I seek refuge with You from
afflictions of life and death and seek refuge
with You from the punishment in the grave."
