[The Story
A heart rendering story of a mother and her son. For those who would take heed.]
My mum only had one eye, i hated her, she was such an embarrassment!
She cooked for teachers and students to support the family
There was one day during primary school where she came to say hello to me
I was so embarrassed, how could she do this to me!
I ignored her, threw a hateful look and ran out
The next day one of my class mates said"Eeww, your mum only has one eye!"
I wanted to bury myself, i also wanted my mum to disappear
So i confronted her and said, "If you're only going to make me a laughing stock, why don't you just die!"
My mum did not respond
I didn't even stop to think for a second about what i had said, because i was full of anger!
I was oblivious to her feelings, i wanted out of that house
So i studied really hard and got a chance to go to Singapore
Then i got married. I bought a house of my own. I had kids of my own and i was happy with my life
Then one day my mother came to visit me. She hadn't seen me in years and she didn't even meet her grandchildren!
When she stood by the door my children laughed at her
I screamed at her, "How dare you come to my house and scare my children! Get out fo here now!
And to this my mother quietly answered, "Oh, i'm sorry i may have gotten the wrong address."
One day a letter regarding a school reunion came to my house
So i lied to my wife that i was going on a business trip
After the reunion i went to the old shack just out of curiosity
My neighbours said that she died
I did not shed a single tear
They handed me a letter she wanted me to have
To the smile of my life
My dearest son i think of you all of the time
I'm sorry that i came to Singapore and scared your children
I was so glad when i heard you were coming for the reunion
But i may not be able to even get out of bed to see you
I'm sorry i was a constant embarrassment to you when you were growing up
You see... when you were little, you got into an accident and lost your eye
As a mother i could not stand watching you having to grow up with one eye
So i gave you mine
Seeing a whole new world for me in my place with that eye

Positive Hijab
I looked at my profile and saw hijab-loving as part of my self-descriptio n. It made me wonder why I put this first. Perhaps because it has become so central to who I am and because of all of the benefits I have received from it.
Mainly this has been the amount of time I save in the morning from not having to fix myhair. I have suffered bad hair days from age 11 to about 19 when I started wearing hijab, so the world and me have been saved from any more of these. Unfortunately my family still have to witness these (especially first thing in the morning).
Most important has been the peace that comes with knowing you are obeying Allah (SWT) and in a small way living the way that you are supposed to. When you go against Allah (SWT) commandment, you go against (nature or innate disposition towards virtue) and the unease penetrates every part of your life.
I love the fact that I am a visible part of this Ummah and the local Muslim community, whether that means
As a Muhajibah I am also a da’ee. When my every action is interpreted not as Umm Salihah’s action, but that of a Muslimah, you have the opportunity to represent your community and faith in the best light possible.When you hold a door, smile, give up your seat, it is a Muslim woman doing those things.I have heard a French convert say that the thing that attracted her to Islam was the absolute gentleness she saw in Muslim women. There are times when you don’t feel like being on your best behaviour – when youwant to lose your temper at the shop assistant, the bus driver or a colleague, or youare very close to using bad language or one-upmanship. Whenever I feel like this, I remind myself I am wearing my hijab and if I behave badly, the next Muslimah to come along will automatically be seen in the same light – rude, grumpy or mean. If on the other hand I rise above it and be gracious or respond with kindness, people will assume that Muslim women really are as elegant as their dress. I do think that sometimes people also start to want to be like you.
It’s also FUN! I used to love dressing well and receiving compliments and when I started to dress more modestly I felt very frumpy. It tookme till the birth of my third child and a little help from We Love Hijab to get my groove back and once again I am in the office best-dress list. If nothing else, the abaya and shayla cut a very dramatic and elegant figure. I recall one Englishman’s letter to a newspaper saying that in comparison to all ofthe bare bellies and pants poking out of the top of jeans seen now, he found the dress of Muslim women very elegant and graceful.
It helps me to be taken seriously. I am not very big or loud and I have worked in offices where some of the men don’t take pretty women too seriously. Because of my hijab people assume I am a serious person (I so amnot) and that I mean business. Some people even find it a little intimidating if I choose not to smile or talk too much (for a change)
After 9/11, working in the city was kind of scary. People would be terrified of you and you would be terrified of people. Seeing a sister in hijab was like finding an ally. A smile to each other was enough to reassure you that you were not alone in this situation or this city.
There have been times when wearing abaya has felt difficult (like tripping up stairs or when a pretty colleague turns up dressed to kill) but I have never regretted the decision to start covering my hair.

Narrated 'Aisha (R.A):
The wives of the Prophet used to go to Al-Manasi, a vast open place (near Baqia at Medina) to answer the call of nature at night. 'Umar used to say to the Prophet "Let your wives be veiled," but Allah's Apostle did not do so. One night Sauda bint Zam'a the wife of the Prophet went out at 'Isha' time and she was a tall lady. 'Umar addressed her and said,"I have recognized you, O Sauda." He said so, as he desired eagerly that the verses of Al-Hijab (the observing of veils by the Muslim women) may be revealed. So Allah revealed the verses of "Al-Hijab" (A complete body cover excluding the eyes).

The Patient Old Man
When passing through a mountain pass, a bedouin (villager) once came across an old man who was blind and who seemed to be afflicted with various ailments all over his body. It was clear that he was wasting away. He was even paralyzed and was constantly forced to remain in a seated position. The Bedouin could clearly hear him say, "All praise is for Allah, Who has kept me safe from ailments with which He has tested many among His creation; and He has indeed preferred me over many among those that Hecreated."
"My brother!" exclaimed the bedouin. "What have you been saved from? By Allah, I think that you have been afflicted with every single kind of ailment!"
"Go away from me," said the old man, as he raised his head. "Do I not still have a tongue with which I can pronounce His Oneness, andwith which I can remember Him every single moment? And do I not still have a heart with which I can know Him?"
These words of the old man were enough forthe bedouin to repent to Allah for his sins andask Him for forgiveness.
Remember, there is always someone else whois in more problem than you.

One Body:
Prophet Muhammad (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “The similitude of believers in regard to mutual love, affection, fellow-feelingis that of one body; when any limb of it aches,the whole body aches, because of sleeplessness and fever.” [Muslim]
If your finger, foot, or any part of your body ishurting, you cannot sleep. Your body may develop a fever while it tries to neutralize the pathogens in an infected part. When one part of your body is trying to fight the enemy, the whole body invariably gets involved in the process. The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) described the Ummah as one body!
So if a Muslim anywhere in the world, in the centre of the body or the tips, on the finger oron the toes, is hurting, you should feel the same pain. If you are only concerned about your safety and the safety of your direct family, then there’s something wrong with you. You are not really part of the body. The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said that the Ummah is one body: It doesn’t matter thatthey are split into different political states or that they belong to different Madhahibs/ Fiqh, as long as the person is a Muslim they are a part of your body.

A little boy came up to his mother in the kitchen one evening while she was fixing supper, and handed her a piece of paper that he had been writing on. After his Mom dried her hands on an apron, she read it, and this iswhat it said:
For cutting the grass: $5.00
For cleaning up my room this week: $1.00
For going to the store for you: $.50
Baby-sitting my kid brother while you went shopping: $.25
Taking out the garbage: $1.00
For getting a good report card: $5.00
For cleaning up and raking the yard: $2.00

Well, his mother looked at him standing there,and the boy could see the memories flashing through her mind. She picked up the pen, turned over the paper he'd written on, and this is what she wrote:
For the nine months I carried you while you were growing inside me:

For all the nights that I've sat up with you, doctored and prayed for you:
No Charge
For all the trying times, and all the tears that you've caused through the years:

For all the nights that were filled with dread, and for the worries I knew were ahead:

For the toys, food, clothes, and even wiping your nose:

Son, when you add it up, the cost of my love is:

When the boy finished reading what his mother had written, there were big tears in his eyes, and he looked straight at his mother and said, "Mom, I sure do love you." And then he took the pen and in great big letters he wrote: "PAID IN FULL".

Be a giver not an asker, especially with your parents. there is a lot to give, besides money.
Advice♥ : IF your mom is alive and close to you, give her a big kiss and ask her for forgiveness. If she is far away, call her. if she passed away, pray for her.

Women on Job:
A women in Islam, if she wishes
to work she can work - There is
no text in the Qur’an or the
authentic Hadith which prevents
or makes it prohibited for a
woman to do any work, as long
as it is not unlawful, as long as it
is within the preview of the
Islamic Shariah, as long as she
maintains her Islamic dress code.
But natural, she cannot take up
jobs, which exhibit her beauty
and body - Like for example,
modeling and film acting, and
such kind of jobs.
Many of the professions and jobs
which are prohibited for the
woman are also prohibited for
the man, for example serving
alcohol, working in gambling
dens, doing any unethical or
dishonest business. All these jobs
are prohibited for both men and
women.
A true Islamic society requires
women to take up profession
such as doctors.
We do require female
Gynecologists, we do require
female nurses, we do require
female teachers.
But, a woman in Islam has got no
financial obligations - The
financial obligation is laid on the
shoulders of the man in the family
- Therefore she need not work for
her livelihood.
But in genuine cases, where there
are financial crisis in which both
the ends do not meet, she has the
option of working.
Here too, no one can force her to
work - She works out of her own,
absolute free will

Once there was a king who told some of his workers to dig a pond. Once the pond was dug, the king made an announcement to his people saying that one person from each household has to bring a glass of milk during the night and pour it into the pond. So, the pond should be full of milk by the morning. After receiving the order, everyone went home. One man prepared to take the milk during the night. He thought that since everyone will bring milk, he could just hide a glass of water and pour inside the pond. Because it will be dark at night, no one will notice. So he quickly went and poured the water in the pond and came back. In the morning, the king came to visit the pond and to his surprise the pond was only filled with water! What has happened is that everyone was thinking like the other man that "I don't have to put the milk, someone else will do it."
Dear friends, when it comes to help the Religion of Allah, do not think that others will take care of it. Rather, it starts from you, if youdon't do it, no one else will do it. So, change yourself to the way of Allah to serve Him and that will make the difference

There was once a man who was an enemy to
Islam. He had three famous questions that no
person could answer. No Islamic scholar in
Baghdad could answer his three
questions...thu s he made fun of Islam in public.
He constantly ridiculed Islam and the Muslims.
One day a small boy, who`s age was 10, came
along and heard the man yelling and screaming
at Muslims in the street. He was challenging
people openly to answer the three questions.
The boy stood quietly and watched. He then
decided that he would challenge the man. He
walked up and told the man, "I will accept your
challenge".
The man laughed at the boy and ridiculed the
Muslims even more by saying, "A ten year old
boy challenges me. Is this all you people have
to offer!"
But the boy patiently reiterated his stance. He
would challenge the man, and with Allah`s help
and guidance, he would put this to an end. The
man finally accepted.
The entire city gathered around a small "hill"
where open addresses were usually made. The
man climbed to the top, and in a loud voice
asked his first question.
"What is your God doing right now?"
The small boy thought for a little while and then
told the man to climb down the hill and to allow
him to go up in order to address the question.
The man says "What? You want me to come
down?"
The boy says, "Yes. I need to reply, right?"
The man made his way down and the small boy,
age 10, with his little feet made his way up.
This small child`s reply was "Oh Allah
Almighty! You be my witness in front of all
these people. You have just willed that a Kafir
be brought down to a low level, and that a
Muslim be brought to a high level!"
The crowd cheered and screamed
"Takbir"...."Al lah-hu-akbar!!! "
The man was humiliated, but he boldly asked
his Second question... "What existed before
your God?"
The small child thought and thought.
Then he asked the man to count backwards.
"Count from 10 backwards."
The man counted..."10, 9 ,8 , 7 , 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,
1,0"
The boy asked, "What comes before 0 ?"
The man: "I don`t know...nothing. "
The boy: "Exactly. Nothing was before Allah, for
He is eternal and absolute."
The crowd cheered again...."Takbi r!"...."Allah-
hu-akbar!!!!"
The man, now completely frustrated, asked his
final question. "In which direction is your Allah
facing?"
The boy thought and thought.
He then asked for a candle. A candle was
brought to him. The blessed child handed it to
the man and asked him to light it.
The man did so and remarked, "What is this
supposed to prove?"
The young boy asked, "In which direction is
light from the candle going?"
The man responded, "It is going in all
directions."
The boy: "You have answered your own
question. Allah`s light (noor) goes in all
directions. He is everywhere. There is no where
that He cannot be found.
"The crowd cheered again...."Takbi r!"...."Allah-
hu-akbar!!!"
The man was so impressed and so moved by
the boy`s knowledge and spirituality, that he
embraced Islam and became a student of the
young boy.
So ended the debate.
Who was the young boy?
The young boy was one of our leaders and one
of the greatest scholars, Imam Abu Hanîfa (May
Allah bless him)

'Plucking of women's eyebrows is not permissible.
The Messenger of Allah (Peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who does it. It is Haram and is not permitted.'

Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (Peace and blessings be upon him) say:
Allah has CURSED* the woman who does tattoos and the one who has them done, the woman who plucks eyebrows and the one who has it done, and the one who files her teethfor the purpose of beauty, altering the creation of Allah.

♦♦♦ Beautiful Gift ♦♦♦ (touching story)
A young man was getting ready to graduate college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer’s showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it,
he told him that was all he wanted.
As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had
purchased the car. On the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study.
His father told him how proud he was to havesuch a fine son,
and told him how much he loved him.
He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Holy Book.
Angrily, he raised his voice at his father and said, “With all your money you give
me a Holy book?” and stormed out of the house, leaving the holy book.
He never contacted his father again for long long time. Many years
passed and the young man was very successful in business.
He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him.
He had not seen him since that graduation day.
Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away,
and willed all of his possessions to his son.
He needed to come home immediately and take care things. When he arrived at his father’s house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart.
He began to search his father’s important papers and saw the still new Holy Book, just as he had left it years ago.
With tears, he opened the Holy Book and began to turn the pages. As he Read those words, a
car key dropped from an envelope taped behind the Holy Book.
It had a tag with the dealer’s name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired.
On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words PAID IN FULL.

Aspects of belief in Al-Qadr:
Note, may Allah help you to do that which pleases Him, that belief in Al-Qadr cannot be complete until you believe in the following four aspects of this doctrine:
(a) Knowledge: this is the belief that the knowledge of Allah encompasses all things and not a single atom in the heavens or on earth falls outside of His knowledge. Allah knew all of His creation before He created them. He knew what they would do by meansof His ancient and eternal knowledge. There isa great deal of evidence that points to this such as the verses in which Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“He is Allah, beside Whom Laa ilaaha illa Huwa(none has the right to be worshipped but He) the All-Knower of the unseen and the seen. Heis the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful” (Al-Hashr 59:22)
“…. and that Allah surrounds all things in (His) Knowledge” (Atl-Talaaq 65:12)
(b) Writing: this is the belief that Allah has written the decrees concerning all created beings in al-Lawh al-Mahfooz. The evidence for that is the verse in which He says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Know you not that Allah knows all that is in the heaven and on the earth? Verily, it is (all) in the Book (al-Lawh al-Mahfooz). Verily, that is easy for Allah” (Al-Hajj 22:70)
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allahbe upon him) said: “Allah wrote the decrees concerning all created beings fifty thousand years before He created the heavens and the earth.” Narrated by Muslim, 2653.
(c) Will: this is the belief that everything that happens in this universe happens by the will of Allah. Whatever Allah wills happens and whatever He does not will does not happen. Nothing exists outside of His will. The evidence for that is in the verses where Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And never say of anything, ‘I shall do such and such thing tomorrow.’ (24) Except (with the saying), ‘If Allah wills!’ …” (Al-Kahf 18:23-24)
“And you cannot will unless (it be) that Allah wills the Lord of the ‘Aalameen (mankind, jinn and all that exists)” (At-Takweer 81:29)
(d) Creation: this is the belief that Allah is the Creator of all things, including people’s actions. Nothing happens in this universe but He is its Creator, because He says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is theGuardian and Disposer of all affairs” (Az-Zumr 39:62)
“While Allah has created you and what you make” (As-Saaffaat 37:96)
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allahbe upon him) said: “Allah has made every doer and what he does.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari in Khalq Af’aal al-‘Ibaad (25) and by Ibn Abi ‘Aasim in al-Sunnah (257 and 358);classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in al-Saheehah, 1637.
Shaykh Ibn Sa’di (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Just as Allah is the One Who createdthem – meaning people – He has also created that by means of which they act, namely their abilities and will, then they do various actions of obedience and sin, by the abilities and will which Allah has created. (al-Durrah al-Bahiyyah Sharh al-Qaseedah al-Taa’iyyah, p. 18).
Warning against arguing about issues of Al-Qadron the basis of (human) reasoning:
Belief in Al-Qadris the real test of the extent ofa person’s belief in Allah. It is the true test of how much a person really knows about his Lord and what results from this knowledge ofcertain and sincere faith in Allah, and His attributes of majesty and perfection. That is because Al-Qadr raises many questions for the one who gives free rein to his reasoning to try to fully comprehend it. There have been many disputes concerning the issue of Al-Qadr and many people have engaged in debates and misinterpreted the verses of the Quran that mention it. Indeed, the enemies of Islam in all eras have provoked confusion in the Muslims’ beliefs by discussing the issue of Al-Qadr and stirring up doubts about it. So no one can have true and certain faith except theone who knows Allah by His beautiful names and sublime attributes, submitting to His commands with peace of mind and trusting in his Lord. In that case no doubts or specious arguments can find a way into his heart.
Undoubtedly this is the greatest proof that belief in Al-Qadris more important than belief in the other pillars of faith, and that the human mind cannot independently come to understand Al-Qadr, because Al-Qadr is one ofthe mysteries of Allah in His creation; whatever Allah has disclosed to us in His Bookor on the lips of His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) we know, accept and believe in, and whatever our Lord has not told us, we believe in and we believe in His perfect justice and wisdom, and that Heis not to be questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned.

1. Make Du'a to Allah to make your marriage and relationship successful:
All good things are from Allah. Never forget toask Allah ta’ala for the blessing of having a successful marriage that begins in this Dunya and continues on - by the M...ercy of Allah ta’ala - into Jannah.
2. Listen and Obey:
Obeying your husband is Fard. Your husband is the Ameer of the household. Give him that right and respect.
3. Always seek to please your husband, for he is your key to Jannah:
Rasul Allah - sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam - taught us that any women who dies in a statewhere her husband is pleased with her, shall enter Jannah. So..please him.
4. An argument is a fire in the house:
Extinguish it with a simple ‘I’m sorry’ even if itis not your fault.
When you fight back, you are only adding wood to the fire. Watch how sweetly an argument will end when you just say sincerely, “Look, I’m sorry. Let’s be friends.”
5. Thank your husband constantly for the nicethings he does:
Then thank him again. This is one of the mostimportant techniques, as the opposite is a characteristic of the women of hellfire.
6. Joke and play games with your husband:
A man's secret: they seek women who are light-hearted and have a sense of humor. As Rasul Allah - sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam - told Jabir to marry someone who would make himlaugh and he would make her laugh.
7. Always wear jewellery and dress up in the house:
From the early years, little girls have adorned themselves with earrings and bracelets and worn pretty dresses - as described in the Qur’an. As a wife, continue to use the jewellery that you have and the pretty dressesfor your husband.
8. Review the characteristics of the Hoor Al-Ayn and try to imitate them:
The Qur’an & Sunnah describe the women in Jannah with certain characteristics . Such as the silk they wear, their large dark eyes, their singing to their husband, etc. Try it, wear silk for your husband, put Kohl in your eyes to ‘enlarge’ them, and sing to your husband.
9. When your husband comes home, greet him with a wonderful greeting:
Imagine your husband coming home to a clean house, an exquisitely dressed wife, a dinner prepared with care, children clean andsweet smelling, a clean bedroom - what would this do to his love for you? Now imagine what the opposite does to him.
10. Use your ‘beauty’ to win the heart of your husband:
All women have the ornaments that Allah blessed them with. Use the beauty Allah - Azzawa Jal - has bestowed you with to win the heart of your husband.

The most important part of the body is the heart as has been mentioned by our noble Prophet Muhammed - SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam - in his saying, “Indeed there is a piece of flesh in your body that, if it be sound, then the whole body wi...ll be sound and if it be corrupt then the whole body will be corrupt. Indeed it is the heart.” - Sahih al-Bukhari [1/49] & Sahih al-Muslim [1599]
The heart is thus the port where all actions stem, whether good or evil. If the heart is good then the actions will be good and if the heart is corrupt then the actions will be bad. The heart is the place where Allah scans, as the Messenger of Allah - SallAllahu 'alaihi wa sallam - says, “Allah does not look at your bodies nor your faces but he scans your heartand actions.” - Sahih al-Muslim [4/6221]

"Something was causing me a great deal of grief and distress, and I started to think long and hard about how to get out of this situation by any means, but I could not find any way out then I came across this Verse:

A woman said: ”while I was praying, my little daughter came to me and called me over and over again, but I didn't answer her of course because I was performing Salah.
Her 6 years old brother came to her and told her: ”Shame on you!! How can you interrupt their dialogue!! Don’t you see that mom is talking to Allah!!”
When I heard these words coming from my little son, I got chills throughout my body, I felt humiliation and shame of myself because I was unaware of the greatness of the One I am standing between His Hands! I was in the presence of the Creator of the heaven and theearth, talking to Him and yet I was rushing through my salah.
The words of my little son moved me so muchthat I remembered them every time I made Takbeer to perform Salah!
Subhan Allah !!!.... The One Who sends wise messages through children to remind the adults.

Meanwhile, Grandma is baking a cake. She asks her grandson if he would like a snack, which, of course, he does.

"How about a couple raw eggs? " "Gross, Grandma!"
"Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?"
"Grandma, those are all yucky!"
To which Grandma replies: "Yes, all those things seem bad all by themselves. But when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake!
ALLAH works the same way. Many times we wonder why he would let us go through suchbad and difficult times.
But ALLAH knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!"

Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Shall I inform you which woman will enter Paradise?” The Sahaba replied: “Yes, most certainly.”*! Rasul Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, “The woman who has children, islovable, when she becomes angry the husband consoles her, and when the husband becomes angry she says that as longas you do not become pleased with me, I will not even apply surmah (antimony) to my eyes.” [Tibrani]
The love between husband and wife offends Shaytaan more than anything else. If husbands and wives are to care for each other and try to keep the environment of the house as peaceful and loving as possible, every Muslim house can become a model of Jannat. All kinds of quarrels will cease and the misfortune of divorce will not prevail. Childrenbrought up in such environments will be an example of piety, discipline, love and sympathy. May Allah make every Muslim housea model of Jannat.
If the hearts of both spouses are united, therecan be no greater bounty, and if there are differences between them (Allah forbid), therecan be no greater calamity.

The Manners of the Woman Leaving (exiting) the home (house)
1.The proper hijab.
2.Her refraining from applying perfume.
3.The moderation of her pace such that the sounds of her shoes are not heard [Surah Nur24:31]
4.If she is walking with a female companion in the presence of men, then she should not talk to ther companion it mean’s hearing of the woman’s voice could lead to temptation.
5.That she seeks the permission of her husband (before leaving) if she is married.
6.If the distance she intends to go is considered traveling, then she should not leave except with a lawful-relative (mahram)
7.That she does not mix with men.
8.That she observes modesty.
9.That she lowers her gaze.
10.That she does not remove her garments inother than her own home if she intended by this uncovering herself.

EARTHQUAKE.
"When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. And when the earth throws out its burdens. And man will say: "What is the matter with it?" That Day it will declare its information (about all that happened over it of good or evil). Because your Lord will inspire it. That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. So whosoever does good equal to the weight of anatom (or a small ant) shall see it. And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant) shall see it."(Surat Az-Zalzalah (The Earthquake):1-8 )
When four sins become common, then four things appear: when zina becomes common(people do not hide it and are not ashamed of it) then earthquakes appear. When people stop paying zakat then cattle start to die. When rulers/ judges are injust then rain stops to come down. When people are unfaithful then disbelievers become victorious over the Muslims.(hadith)

A Muslim cannot be truly a Muslim "by birth" in a Muslim family or nation or tribe; rather after seeking knowledge and understanding of the Qur'ân & Sunnah and obeying Allah Subhaanu Wata'ala, then only one can say that"I am obedient servant of Allah" (i.e. I am a Muslim).
We may know that Islam is the only Way to Peace & Paradise.. but unless we make up ourmind to obey Allah Subhaanu Wata'ala in ACTION, Allah Subhaanu Wata'ala may not Accept it from us, May Allah Subhaanu Wata'ala Forbid.
BASIC BELIEFS
The three fundamental Islamic beliefs are:
Tawheed - Oneness of Allah;
Risalah - Prophethood;
Akhirah - Life after death.
TAWHEED is the most important Islamic belief. It implies that everything in existence originates from the one and only Creator, who is also the Sustainer and the sole Source of Guidance. This belief should govern all aspects of human life. Recognition of this fundamental truth results in a unified view of existence which rejects any divisions of life into religious and secular. Allah is sole source of Power and Authority, therefore entitled to worship and obedience from mankind. There is no scope for any partnership with the Creator. Tawhid tells man that Allah is not born, nor is anyone born of Him. He has no son or daughter. Human beings are His subjects.

praying with proper focus and humility.

came, greeted him and said; “Whose son are you?”
The boy lowered his head and a tear rolled down his

The man felt sorry for him and said: “Would you like

“If I get hungry will you feed me?” “Yes.”
“If I am naked will you cloth me?” “Yes.”
“If I fall sick will you heal me?”
“I am not able to do that, my son.”
“If I die will you bring me back to life?”

One Who created me, for He will guide me and He is
the one who gives me food and drink.
If I fall sick He heals me and He is the One Who, I
hope, will forgive me on the Day of Judgement.”
The man fell silent and went on his way, saying, “I
believe in Allah, whoever puts his trust in Allah,
Allah will suffice him.” ♥ —

Allah burdens not a person beyond
his scope. He gets reward for that
(good) which he has earned, and he is

The Prophet (ﻢﻠﺳﻭ ﻪﻟﺍﻭ ﻪﻴﻠﻋ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻰﻠﺻ ) said thata house without dates has no food.
It should also be eaten at the time of
childbirth. 3. Figs ( ﺮﻴﺠﻧﺍ ):
It is a fruit from paradise and a cure for
piles. 4. Grapes ( ﺭﻮﮕﻧﺍ ):
The Prophet (ﻢﻠﺳﻭ ﻪﻟﺍﻭ ﻪﻴﻠﻋ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻰﻠﺻ ) ) was very fond of grapes – it purifies the
blood, provides vigour and health,
strengthens the kidneys and clears the
bowels. 5. Honey ( ﺪﮩﺷ ):
Considered the best remedy for diarrhoea
when mixed in hot water. It is the food
of foods, drink of drinks and drug of
drugs. It is used for creating appetite,
strengthening the stomach, eliminating phlegm; as a meat preservative, hair
conditioner, eye soother and
mouthwash. It is extremely beneficial in
the morning in warm water. 6. Melon ( ﺍﺩﺮﺳ - ﺍﺯﻮﺑﺮﺧ - ﺯﻮﺑﺮﺗ ): The Prophet (ﻢﻠﺳﻭ ﻪﻟﺍﻭ ﻪﻴﻠﻋ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻰﻠﺻ ) said: ‘None of your women who are
pregnant and eat of water melon will fail
to produce off spring that is good in
countenance 7. Milk:
The Prophet(ﻢﻠﺳﻭ ﻪﻟﺍﻭ ﻪﻴﻠﻋ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻰﻠﺻ ) said that milk wipes away heat from the
heart just as the finger wipes away
sweat from the brow. It strengthens the
back, improved the brain, renews vision
and drives away forgetfulness. 8. Mushroom ( ﻲﺒﻤﮭﮐ ):
The Prophet (ﻢﻠﺳﻭ ﻪﻟﺍﻭ ﻪﻴﻠﻋ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻰﻠﺻ ) said thatmushroom is a good cure for the
eyes; it also serves as a form of birth
control and arrests paralysis. 9. Olive Oil ( ﻥﻮﺘﻳﺯ)
Excellent treatment for skin and hair,
delays old age, and treats inflammation
of the stomach. 10. Pomegranate ( ﺭﺎﻧﺍ ):
The Prophet (ﻢﻠﺳﻭ ﻪﻟﺍﻭ ﻪﻴﻠﻋ ﻪﻠﻟﺍ ﻰﻠﺻ ) said it cleanses you of Satan and evil
aspirations for 40 days. 11. Vinegar ( ﮧﮐﺮﺳ ):

to eat with olive oil. 12. Water ( ﻲﻧﺎﭘ ):

Such is the reward of those who reject faith. But if they cease, Allah is oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. And fight them on until there is no more persecution. And the religion becomes Allah's. But if they cease, Let there be no hostility except to thosewho practice oppression"
Surah 9:38-39 "O ye who believe! What is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter. Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others inyour place; but Him ye would not harm in the least. For Allah hath power over all things. Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place; but Him ye would not harm in the least. For Allah hath power over all things,"
Surah 8:59-70 "Their state is like that of the people of Pharaoh, and of those before them who treated their Lord's signs as lies. We therefore destroy them in their sins, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh; for they were all doers of wrong. The worst beasts truly in the sight of God are the thankless who will not believe; They with whom thou hast leagued, and who are ever breaking their league, and who fear not God! If thou take them in war, then, by the example of their fate, scatter those who shall follow them- that they may be warned: Or if thou fear treachery from any people, throw back their treaty to them as thou fairly mayest, for God loveth not the treacherous. And think not thatthe infidels shall escape Us! The shall not weaken God....O Prophet! stir up the faithful tothe fight. Twenty of you who stand firm shall vanquish two hundred: and if there be an hundred of you they shall vanquish a thousand of the infidels, for they are a people devoid of understanding.. ..No prophet hath been enabled to take captives until he had made great slaughter in the earth. Ye desire the passing fruitions of this world, but God desireth the next life for you. And God is mighty and wise.
Sura 9:5 "And when the sacred months are passed, kill those who join other gods with God wherever ye shall find them; and seize them, besiege them, and lay wait for them with every kind of ambush: but if they shall convert, and observe prayer, and pay the obligatory alms, then let them go their way, for God is gracious, merciful.
Sura 9:12 "But if, after alliance made, they break their oaths and revile your religion, then do battle with the ring-leaders of infidelity - for no oaths are binding with them- that they may desist. What! will ye not fight against those Meccans who have broken theiroaths and aimed to expel your Apostle, and attacked you first? Will ye dread them? God is more worthy of your fear, if ye are believers! So make war on them: By your hands will Godchastise them, and will put them to shame, and will give you victory over them, and will heal the bosoms of a people who believe;"
Sura 9:30 "Make war upon such of those to whom the Scriptures have been given as believe not in God, or in the Last Day, and whoforbid not that which God and His Apostle have forbidden, and who profess not the profession of the truth, until they pay tribute out of hand, and they be humbled. The Jews say, "Ezra is a son of God"; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is a son of God." Such the sayings in their mouths! They resemble the saying of the infidels of old! God do battle with them! How are they misguided? They take their teachers, and their monks, and the Messiah, son of Mary, for lords besides God, though bidden to worship one God only. There is no God but He! Far from His glory be what they associate with Him! Fain would they put out God's light with their mouths: but God only desireth to perfect His light, albeit the infidels abhor it. He it is who hath sent His Apostle with the guidance and a religion of the truth, that He may make it victorious over every other religion, albeit they who assign partners to God be averse from it

Mingle because Aloofness Disliked
The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “The Muslim who participates in social matters with other men and shows forbearance if he suffers any pain from them is a far better person than the one who isolates himself from people and is dismayed at the hardships caused by others.” [Tirmidhi]
“Maintain amicable social relations with your friends and relatives. Avoid adopting an attitude of annoyance with them or keeping aloof from them.
“When a person lives in the society of other men and has to participate in social matters, itis inevitable that he suffer different kinds of shocks. Sometimes his sentiments are hurt, at other times his reputation is tarnished, one time his peace is disturbed, at another his usual activities are interfered with. Sometimesthings are done against his temperament anddesires, at other times his patience and endurance are severely tried, and at times he has to suffer great financial loss. In other words, he has to face all kinds of trials and tribulations.
“But when a person suffers these hardships, his heart is strengthened and he gains in wisdom and experience. Good morals developin his personality and passing through a natural process of training and purification he makes rapid spiritual and moral progress. He thus acquires the sublime virtues of patience, forbearance, selflessness, affection, sympathy, humanity, respect, loyalty, devotion and co-operation, sincerity and love, generosity and gallantry, kindness and favour to the highest degree and he becomes an instrument of goodness and blessing for human society.”

THE ATTRIBUTES OF GOD
We remember HIM by his names and each name is a concept unto itself.
Kalima is the foundation of Islamic faith yet this pillar of Islam has been regulate to simpleutterance of a sentence i.e There is no god but Allah and Muhammad s.a.w is His prophet.
When we recite Kalima we take an oath that Allah alone is true God and enter into a covenant with Him to take Him only as our Lord.
In Islam(at least) 99 attributes (commonly referred to as "Names of Allah) are ascribed toGod that describe His Exalted nature so when we recite kalima it means we accept Allah with all His attributes as our Lord.Hence an understanding of the attributes is of great importance as they describe to us what our responsibilitie s are after entering into a covenant with Allah.The purpose of these Names and Attributes is not to glorify Allah by repeating them on a rosary,for Allah is far above such needs.hen we recite the Kalima and take Allah as our God we admit that He is Ar-Razzaaq(The Provider and The Sustainer) who promises the best Rizq if we work honestly.So why should a True Muslim pay a bribe to obtain a job or a livelihood?why should he demand a bribe to meet his expenditures?A person who demands a bribeacts as if he alone can BESTOW a favor upon that person and in doing so his arrogance reaches to the limit of acting as a false god as ALLAH alone is Al-Wahhaab(The Bestower) who bestows every favor without conditions or limits.Similarl y offering a bribe is analogousto offering prayers to false gods in order to seek their unjustified favors.if we had workedhonestly and then counted on Allah to send us the best Rizq.
We take oath that Allah is Ar-Rahmaan(The compassionate) who wills mercy and good for all creation at all times.He is Ar-Raheem(The Most Merciful).He is Al-Barr(The Source of All Goodness) the perfect .so why should bad emanate from ourcharacter when as per Islamic theology we are supposed to be His vicegerent?why should we be a source of discomfort and oppression to others?why we misuse our position,in government offices or otherwise,to harm others rather than being a source of comfort to them and helping them in the moment of need?
We admit that He is Al-Aleem(The All-knowing) and He is Ar-Raqeeb(The watchful)who keeps a watch over everything and scrutinizes every detail in the existence of all creation.so why commit sins under veil or neglect ones duties thinking no one is watching? Why fool people by external magnificence and religion rhetoric and ritualism while committing hidden sins?He is Al-Ghaffaar(The Forgiver) who accepts repentance and Forgives our sins.So if by mistake a wrong is committed why not bow down in repentance and pledge never to commit it again?By merely seeking forgiveness by our tongue while persisting in our wrongdoings we actually refuse to acceptAllah as Al-Hakeem(The Wise) as His wisdom very well comprehends our real motives and intentions.Henc e religious hypocrisy,that we have got so accustomed to,has no place in Islam.
He is As-Sami'(The All-Hearing) who hears everything - that which comes from the lips,passes through the minds,is felt by the hearts,the rustling of the leaves in the wind,the footsteps of ants and the atoms moving through the void.So why to use deafening loudspeakers in the mosque to make our prayers heard by Him?
We admit that He is Al-Aliyy(The Highest),higher than the whole of the created universe.So why bow before a corrupt clerk?why lavish false praise to please corruptpoliticians and bureaucrats when He alone is Al-Hameed(The Most praiseworthy)?w hy seek their favors by stooping before them when Allah alone is As-samad(The Eeternally Besought)?
Even from the minutest of creations no one can take away sustenance He has destined because He is Al-Muhaymin (The Protector andThe Guardian) and He is Al-Muqeet(The sustainer).
He is Al-Muqtadir(The Most Powerful) and Al -Qawiyy(The Most strong).why not to work sincerely to build one's country by concentrating on proper education.
He is Al-Majeed(The Most Glorious)He is majestic in the whole of His creation.
He is Al-Mumeet(The Giver of Death)It means accepting that every living creature has to taste death.
IF WE SERIOUSLY TRY TO UNDERSTAND THIS BASIC FUNDAMENTAL OF FAITH WE WILL REALIZE THAT IT NOT DESCRIBES TO US THE MAGNANIMITY OF GOD BUT ALSO DEFINES WHAT CHARACTER OF A TRUE MUSLIM OUGHT TO BE LIKE.IF WE WISH TRUE SUCCESS AND HAPPINESS IN THIS WORLD AND THE HEREAFTER,WE MUST SINCERELY LOOK FOR THESE ATTRIBUTES SO THAT THEY GOVERN EVERY ACT OF OURS IN OUR LIFE.

Imam Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimullah) said regarding the person, whose habit is to listento music, "His state of emotions becomes less passionate when he hears the Qur'aan. On the contrary, when he listens to instruments of the devil (music), he dances a lot. If the prayer is established, he either prays while sitting down or performs it as fast as when the roaster picks seeds. He dislikes listening to the Qur'aan and does not find beauty in it while reciting it. He has no taste for the Qur'aan and feels no love for it or pleasure when it is read. Rather, he finds pleasure if helistens to Mukaa' or Tasdiyah. These are satanic pleasures and he is among those whom Allah mentioned in the Ayah, And whosoever turns away from the remembrance of the Most Beneficent (Allah), We appoint for him Satan to be a companion for him. [43:36].

He would pray Salaatul-‘Eshaa and then sit down doing Adh-Dhikr [remembering Allaah] until he was overcome by slumber. Many times in my life, I came across people who would keep asking me for favours. For the first and second time, I happily gave them what they wanted.
However, if they kept on asking, I tried to hidefrom them so that they don't ask me again. I believe, all humans do the same.
Even a mother gets irritated at the child if he/she keeps on asking her for things again and again.
On the other hand, the more we ask Allah, themore pleased He gets. Such is Allah, the most Merciful. We should all learn the ways to ask Allah for anything we need.

Answer for an atheist professor from a student..
He asks one of his new students to stand and…..
Prof: So you believe in God?
Student: Absolutely, sir.
Prof: Is God good?
Student: Sure.
Prof: Is God all-powerful?
Student: Yes.
Prof: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to God to heal him. Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But God didn’t. How is this God good then? Hmm?
(Student is silent.)
Prof: You can’t answer, can you? Let’s start again, young fellow. Is God good?
Student: Yes.
Prof: Is Satan good?
Student: No.
Prof: Where does Satan come from?
Student: From…God…
Prof: That’s right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
Student: Yes.
Prof: Evil is everywhere, isn’t it? And God did make everything. Correct?
Student: Yes.
Prof: So who created evil?
Student does not answer.
Prof: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don’t they?
Student: Yes, sir.
Prof: So, who created them?
Student has no answer.
Prof: Science says you have 5 senses you use to identify and observe the world around you.Tell me, son…Have you ever seen God?
Student: No, sir.
Prof: Tell us if you have ever heard your God?
Student: No, sir.
Prof: Have you ever felt your God, tasted your God, smelt your God? Have you ever had any sensory perception of God for that matter?
Student: No, sir. I’m afraid I haven’t.
Prof: Yet you still believe in Him?
Student: Yes.
Prof: According to empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your GODdoesn’t exist. What do you say to that, son?
Student: Nothing. I only have my faith.
Prof: Yes. Faith. And that is the problem science has.
Student: Professor, is there such a thing as heat?
Prof: Yes.
Student: And is there such a thing as cold?
Prof: Yes.
Student: No sir. There isn’t.
(The lecture theatre becomes very quiet with this turn of events.)
Student: Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat. But we don’t have anything called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can’t go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it.
(There is pin-drop silence in the lecture theatre.)
Student: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?
Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn’t darkness?
Student: You’re wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light….But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it’s called darkness, isn’t it? In reality, darkness isn’t. If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn’t you?
Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?
Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.
Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?
Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life and then there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure.Sir, science can’t even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist asa substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor. Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?
Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.
Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?
(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)
Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot evenprove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?
(The class is in uproar.)
Student: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor’s brain?
(The class breaks out into laughter.)
Student: Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor’s brain, felt it, touched or smelt it? No one appears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust yourlectures, sir?
(The room is silent. The professor stares at the student, his face unfathomable.)
Prof: I guess you’ll have to take them on faith, son.
Student: That is it sir… The link between man& god is FAITH. That is all that keeps things moving & alive.

(2) to withhold what you should give,
(3) demand what you do not deserve, and (4) to bury your daughters alive. And Allah has disliked that (A) you talk too much about others (B), ask too many questions in religion,n (C) waste your property."
[Sahih Bukhari, Book 73, Number 6]

Prophet Mohammad Ahmad saw pbuh

The story of this place was well known to the Jews before Prophet Mohammad, but not to Mohammad who lived in Medina many hundreds of kilometers away. In Holy Qur’an, Surah al-Kahf 18 (the cave), the story is told how the Jews challenged him to tell them the story of the sleepers.
They knew that none of the Arabs knew of it. By issuing this challenge it was hoped to prove that Mohammad was not, indeed, a Prophet.
So, the Jews told the nonbelievers to ask Mohammad “who are the young men who disappeared and how many were they?” The Prophet hadn’t the faintest idea what they were talking about and told them he would give them the answer tomorrow,
so he could await the answer from Jabril (Gabriel).
However, Jabril gave him the full story, not only the number. You will soon hear why.
The Prophet gave the unbelievers the story, and it was exactly the story known by the Jews. He told them that the young men slept for 309 years, which is what the Jews knew. He did not, however, give an exact answer to many there were. He told them that some people would tell they were 3 and 1 dog, others would tell they were 5 and 1 dog and still others told they were 7 and 1 dog.
The Jews were completely astonished when they knew the Prophet had given all the suspected numbers of the sleepers. The mention of this particular story in Holy Qur’an along with the events surrounding it is used to confirm that Qur’an was revealed by God and contains only His words because it contained information Mohammad could not possibly have known.
Holy Qur’an states the sleepers spent three hundred years inside the cave. The young men sought refuge in the cave from an oppressive system that disallowed expressionof their views. They were not allowed to tell the truth and call to Allah’s religion.
Because of that, they fled their society. When they went into the cave they prayed to Allah saying,
“Our Lord, give us mercy directly from You and open the way for us to right guidance in our situation.”
(Qur’an, Surah al-Kahf: 9-10)
“So We sealed their ears with sleep in the cave for a number of years. Then we woke them up again so that We might see which of the two groups would better calculate the time they had stayed there.
(Qur’an, Surah al-Kahf: 11-12)
Qur’an also says that the number of the sleepers will be known only to God and a handful of people. It has never been mentioned that there were seven sleepers.
“They will say: ‘There were three of them, their dog being the fourth.’ They will say ‘there were five of them, their dog being the sixth’, guessing at the Unseen. And they will say ‘There were seven of them, their dog being the eighth.’ So do not enter into any argument concerning them, except in relationto what is clearly known. And do not seek the opinion of any of them regarding them.”
(Qur’an, Surah al-Kahf: 22)
During the time they slept there the calendar of their people was changed from solar to lunar. As a result of the calendar change the number of years they spent in the cave increased to 309 years (lunar).
When the sleepers awakened they believed they had slept for only a few hours. One of them was sent to buy food. The coins he usedto buy food were no longer in circulation and it drew the attention of the people. After the story was known throughout the town, the sleepers died.
A dog was mentioned by Qur’an;
“thou wouldst have deemed them awake, whilst they were asleep, and We turned them on their right and on their left sides: their dogstretching forth his two fore-legs on the threshold: if thou hadst come up on to them, thou wouldst have certainly turned back fromthem in flight, and wouldst certainly have been filled with terror of them.”
(Qur’an, Surah al-Kahf: 18)
Still standing at the cave are Roman and Byzantine ruins as well as a mosque that is exactly as described in Qur'an.
